A gentle clock, never an alarm
Timings drift softly from green to gold to rose as the next feeding or pump comes around. There is deliberately no red and no “overdue” — being a few minutes late is not a failure.
Works with no signal
Every entry is written to your phone first, so the app is instant in a dark nursery, a hospital room or a basement. It catches up with the cloud on its own when you are back online.
Share with whoever helps
Send a partner, a grandparent or a night nurse a short invite code. They see the same picture in real time, with the level of access you pick — and you can revoke it at any moment.
See the pattern, not just the log
A tree-ring view plots your whole history at once: each ring is a day, the angle around it is the time of day. Weeks of feeds, sleeps and diapers become a shape you can read. Tap a ring to open that day.
Mother and baby, side by side
Recovery matters too. Pumping sessions, milk supply and the mother's own medication live next to the baby's feeds, diapers and supplements. Twins each get their own profile and their own timer.
Your data stays yours
No advertising SDKs, no analytics trackers, nothing sold. Health entries are encrypted in transit and at rest, and you can delete your account and everything in it from inside the app.

What you record about a mother and a newborn is some of the most sensitive information there is. Newborn Rhythms is built so that it only ever goes where you send it:
- Entries are stored on your device and synchronised to a private, access-controlled cloud database.
- Nobody sees them unless you explicitly share a profile with them.
- No advertising or analytics SDKs are included, and your information is never sold.
- Deleting your account erases your data from your device and from the cloud.
